ISAAC PERLES

TRAINER/OWNER

I customize every training and nutrition program to each client, because every body is different. This is not a cookie-cutter facility. Every exercise and nutrition program is tailored to the clients specific goals, body type, metabolism, and the amount of time they have to train. Some clients only have 30 minutes available to train, so I put together a workout that will give them the best results towards their goal in that amount of time. Other clients may have 90 minutes to train. Everything is tailored to the clients. Unlike other fitness studios where everyone does the same thing and nothing is specific to reaching your goals.

Perles Personal Training offers the most affordable personal training around. Especially by a trainer with my credentials and experience. Trainers with Isaacs experience typically charge $100 per session. Trainers with little experience typically charge $50.00 to $60.00 a session. Because of this model, Perles Personal Training can charge as low as $10.00 a session if a client comes in 5 days a week! Even coming in 3 times a week averages out to $16.00 a session. Some will say well that’s 1 on 1 personal training, the only thing a 1 on 1 trainer does that I don’t do is count your reps! That’s it!
