Competition prep is a highly individualized process that includes customized training, nutrition, conditioning, posing guidance, accountability, and weekly adjustments leading into your show. Because of the level of precision, communication, and support required during prep, competition coaching is priced separately from standard training programs. Competition prep consultations are required before enrollment.
