This is Mercedes. She came to PPT as a 44 year old, out of shape mother of four. Her goal was to get into the best shape of her life and compete in a bikini competition. I don’t have a photo of when she first walked into PPT, but Mercedes would agree that she was thick. She lost 33lbs. of fat and built 11lbs. of muscle. This is her photo two weeks before the contest, where she placed a controversial 2nd, but arguably won the show.

He walked in weighing 208 lbs. and over 30% bf. After setting him up on his nutrition and workout program, Sean left weighing 165 lbs. at 8% bf.

This is Josh. He walked into PPT weighing an unhealthy 235lbs. His confidence and self esteem wasn’t where it used to be. Josh had gained 50 lbs. After setting him up on his nutrition and weight training program, he lost that 50 lbs. and left weighing a confident 185lbs.
